SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect – EC & ECP

Location: Boca Raton, Florida -Hybrid
Duration: 3–4 Months Contract (Possible Extensions) 

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to provide expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Employee Central (EC) and US Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules. This role is crucial in translating HR transformation strategies into scalable SAP solutions, aligning business needs with technology execution.

Solution Design & Strategy:

• Design and define end-to-end HR solutions leveraging SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP to align with business objectives.

• Architect integration with internal systems and external vendors such as Benefitfocus, Transamerica, Fidelity, and ADP Smart Compliance.

• Ensure designs meet standards for performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
  
  
  Skills & Qualifications:

• 12–15 years of experience in SAP HCM, Employee Central, and US Employee Central Payroll.

• Proven experience in designing and leading SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP implementations from both a technical and functional standpoint.

• Deep techno-functional expertise with strong hands-on experience in SuccessFactors.

• Experience with third-party integrations: Benefitfocus, Transamerica, Fidelity, ADP Smart Compliance.

• Preferred exposure to Talent Management modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Succession & Career Development Planning, Performance & Goal Management, and Compensation Management.

Certifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll are mandatory.
