🕒 Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🎓 Grades: K–12th
💵 Pay: $18–$20/hour (1099 Contractor – Full-Time)

The Role:
As a PCA, you’ll be the daily hero for your assigned student—providing one-on-one support that helps them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll work alongside educators and school staff to keep students engaged, supported, and on track.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Support students 1:1 throughout the school day
✅ Assist with focus, redirection, and behavioral strategies
✅ Encourage emotional and social development
✅ Follow IEPs and collaborate with teachers & therapists
✅ Maintain a positive and safe learning environment
✅ Keep communication clear and supportive

Who You Are:
✔ Experienced working with children (in schools, childcare, or behavioral health)
✔ Kind, calm, and ready to make a difference
✔ Reliable and consistent with excellent communication
✔ Comfortable working under a 1099 contract
✔ Available for full-time hours, M–F
