Job Description - Scientist (T -Cells / Flow Cyclometry)

Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a “Scientist I” based out of San Diego, CA.
Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Rate: $49/hr on W2
Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform T -cell engineering using non -viral transfection (electroporation/nucleofection)
  • Run screening and functional assays (flow cytometry, cytotoxicity, cytokine analysis)
  • Maintain and culture primary T cells and cell lines
  • Analyze data (FlowJo) and document experiments in ELN
  • Support high -throughput screening and binder validation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or related field
  • 2+ years of wet lab experience (industry preferred)
  • Strong expertise in flow cytometry (FACS)
  • Experience with T -cell assays, ELISA/Luminex, and aseptic techniques
  • Preferred: Non -viral transfection and automation experience
