Job Summary:

Spend your summer making the world look better! Villani Landshapers is searching for summer seasonal labor to help in our flower planting and bed care department. The ideal candidates will be able to start work in mid-May and work as part of a crew to plant and maintain annual flowers on client properties throughout southeastern Wisconsin. If you are detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, this is the summer job for you!. Annual flower crews work together to perform their duties with a high level of detail while meeting budgeted hours. Good communication and attention to detail are essential, as well as a passion for working outside with plant material. 

Responsibilities:

- Prepare planting beds and containers for annual flowers

- Plant flower beds and containers according to plan with an eye for detail

- Water newly planted beds and containers

- Clean up job site after completion with a high level of detail

- Communicate effectively with the crew and management

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

Requirements for the Annual Flower Foreman position include:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred 
• Passion for outdoor work in a fast-paced industry
• Detail-oriented and teachable
• Ability to perform physical labor continually for up to 12 hours a day in a variety of changing weather conditions
• Ability to understand and follow a written work order in English
• Excellent attendance and punctuality - must be available starting mid-May through the summer
• Previous experience with flower planting and care a plus
• Valid, insurable driver's license
