Position: Seasonal Maintenance Technician

Location: Quail Run Apartments-Columbus, OH

Pay Rate:  $18/hour 

Work Schedule:  Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Who You Are:

• Under one year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance. 
• Prior maintenance or groundskeeping experience is a plus but not required
• Experienced with pools is a plus 
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying heavy items
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Own basic hand tools
• Basic computer and/or smartphone skills
• Customer service skills and a professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license, reliable truck or van, and auto insurance
• Willingness to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position

What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Remove trash and debris from apartments and surrounding grounds
• Assist in preparing apartments for new residents by clearing out unwanted items
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and property grounds
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel 
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
