Job Description - Seasonal Positions Available


About The Sorrel River Ranch Experience
Sorrel River Ranch aspires to welcome guests and staff into a progressive, authentic community that shares the common passion of living life to its fullest. We’re driven to develop and foster a one-of-a-kind ranch resort experience offering the best quality locally grown food, most unforgettable and enjoyable adventure pursuits, genuine relaxation that restores the mind and body, unique opportunities for bonding with loved ones, and a wealth of experiential education programming with the goal of expanding our collective awareness, understanding, and appreciation of the incredible world we all share.  
We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team for the Fall/Winter 2025/2026 season on our ranch in beautiful Moab, Utah.
Season: ASAP through December 2, 2025 with opportunities for full-time or recurring seasonal work
Housing: Limited Affordable Dorm Like Housing available on a first come, first served basis
Meals: 1 meal a day is provided
Seasonal Positions Currently Available:
  • GEM (Guest Experience Maker – Front Desk)
  • Housekeeping Attendant
  • Maintenance (General Maintenance, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Grounds,)
  • Server
  • Bartender
Ideal Candidate:
  • Prior hospitality experience a plus.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
  • Computer: MEWS, TOAST, G Suite
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be dependable, honest, and ready to work hard
  • Excellent written communication & verbal communication skills
  • Must be flexible in scheduling, days, nights, weekends, & holidays
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years old
