Seasonal Pruning

Description

We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our Pruning Department for the upcoming season! This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, contribute to the care and maintenance of our plants, and be part of a supportive team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with pruning tasks to ensure the health and quality of our plants.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by supervisors.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk 3+ miles per day while performing pruning tasks.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of daily responsibilities.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
• No prior experience is necessary—training will be provided.

Schedule & Compensation:
This is a seasonal position with flexible hours. Compensation will be based on experience.
