Shuckers, located in the historical Fairmont Olympic Hotel, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Seasonal Server Assistant to join our dynamic team during this summer season and make our guests' dining experience one to remember! This position is temporary from June 1st, 2025, to September 30th, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the servers in creating an outstanding dining experience for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly
• Set up and prepare dining areas, including arranging table settings and maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Welcome guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently to ensure smooth service flow
• Aid in the delivery of food and beverages to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with courtesy and professionalism

• Prior upscale serving experience preferred
• Ability to work in fast paced environments
• Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
• Available to work early morning, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handlers Card and MAST Permit required
