Security & Loss Prevention Specialist

We’re looking for a Security & Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. If you’re passionate about protecting people, assets, and operations, this is your chance to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Durham, NC
Schedule: Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay + full benefits package

* Positions Available: Two (2). One position is based in Durham, NC, and the second position is based in the Greensboro/Mebane area.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and maintain security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarms


• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and security incidents


• Perform security audits and identify risks across facilities and processes


• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and security activities


• Support employee security training and awareness initiatives


• Partner with internal teams and external providers to strengthen security operations


• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and ISO requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent


• 2–3 years of experience in loss prevention, security, military, or law enforcement


• Knowledge of security systems and Video Management Systems (VMS)


• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
