Senior Active Directory Engineer - 1568

Must Have:

• Active Directory (multi -domain, multi -forest)
  
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  
• Azure AD Connect (AADC)

• Domain Controllers
  
• DNS
  
• Group Policy (GPO)
  
• PowerShell or automation scripting
  

Responsibilities:

• Support a large -scale Active Directory modernization and standardization initiative.
  
• Execute hands -on AD and Entra ID configuration tasks defined by architects and senior engineers.
  
• Manage and maintain on -prem domain controllers, replication, DNS, and GPOs.
  
• Perform AD cleanup, lifecycle management, and operational hygiene activities.
  
• Assist with cloud -first identity migration efforts toward Entra ID.
  
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual tickets and user dependency.
  
• Support operational incidents and user issues related to AD and identity services.
  
• Collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and operations teams.
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting large enterprise Active Directory environments.
  
• Hands -on experience with complex, highly distributed AD infrastructures.
  
• Practical experience working with Entra ID in hybrid identity environments.
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills across AD, DNS, and authentication services.
  
• Ability to understand architectural discussions and translate them into execution.
  
• Experience with scripting or automation is strongly preferred.
  
• Certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
  
• Degree preferred but not required for contract role.
