Job Description - Senior Airtable Solutions Analyst - 1586

City: Orlando, FL/ Burbank, CA
Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (4 days a week Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months 
Rate Range: Upto $78.5/hr on W2
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1B, OPT, CPT


Must Have:
• Airtable configuration and architecture
• Airtable formulas, automations, and interfaces
• JavaScript within Airtable scripting environment
• API integrations and middleware integrations
• Low -code/no -code platform configuration experience



Responsibilities:
• Lead configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Airtable applications supporting vendor management request intake and contract library workflows.
• Build and enhance Airtable automations, interfaces, and custom scripts to improve process efficiency and user experience.
• Design and implement integrations between Airtable and enterprise systems using APIs, scripting, or middleware.
• Partner with product owners and scrum team members to define sprint goals and deliver scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into structured Airtable data models with clean architecture and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot existing bases and enhance usability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Document configurations, integration patterns, and workflows. Provide structured knowledge transfer to internal teams.



Qualifications:
• 3–5+ years of experience configuring low -code/no -code platforms with strong Airtable expertise.
• Proven experience delivering production -grade Airtable solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong experience with Airtable scripting using JavaScript.
• Hands -on experience integrating Airtable with enterprise systems using APIs or middleware.
• Experience documenting technical configurations and integration workflows.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.



Nice to Have:
• Experience with vendor management or contract lifecycle management tools.
• Experience in enterprise data governance and compliance environments.
• Background in product configuration, business analysis, or technical consulting.
