Location: Remote, USA. 
Duration: 3 Months. Possibility of extensions depending on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft APIs and integration solutions between Salesforce, NetSuite,Azure Services, and legacy systems
• Refactor existing MuleSoft integrations to replace AX2012 source logic with NetSuite SuiteQL APIs.
• Design and implement new NetSuite-specific subflows for Dealer, Vehicle Registration, Warranty, and Recall integrations.
• Configure Token-Based Authentication (TBA) and ensure secure handling of credentials.
• Implement reusable subflows for standardized NetSuite query and response processing.
• Update and maintain System APIs for NetSuite, ensuring alignment with Data COE standards.
• Support unit, integration, and UAT testing, ensuring end-to-end data validation with Salesforce and other consuming systems.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce and QA teams during cutover and hypercare phases.
• Participate in documentation and handover of delivered integrations to Client’s IT and COE teams.
• Monitor and optimize MuleSoft integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability.Provide technical documentation, support handoffs, and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and architecture discussions.

• 8+ years of experience in integration development with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, RAML/OAS specifications, event-driven architecture and reusable subflow design.
• Experience working with Azure Service Bus, Azure Blob/Data Lake Storage.
• Proven experience integrating with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite & D365) using APIs or connectors.
• Experience with SuiteQL or other query-based integrations with NetSuite .
• Hands-on expertise with DataWeave 2.0, RAML, and Mule SDK.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations , including working with custom objects , Salesforce Platform Events and JSON/XML payload transformations.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Mule Maven Plugin, CloudHub, Git, Azure DevOps).
• Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and securing APIs.
• Deep understanding of error handling, retry policies, logging/monitoring best practices, and security in MuleSoft APIs.
• Experience using tools like Postman, Anypoint Studio, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, CSV , transformations and experience with big data formats such as Parquet and Delta Lake for large-volume data handling and batch processing
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to D365 platforms like Supply Chain, Finance & Operations and integration via OData or business events.
• Familiarity with Azure Services such as:
  • Azure Log Analytics for monitoring
  • Azure Key Vault for credential management
  • Azure Service Bus Topics/Queues for event driven architecture
  • Azure DevOps for release pipelines and build automation
• Prior experience in manufacturing or automotive domain is a plus
