Senior Oracle EPM Consultant

Design and implement business rules, including Groovy rules, for financials, workforce, projects, and custom cubes.

Configure and develop EPM Cloud Planning Workforce modules and integrate them with PeopleSoft.

Design and deploy EPM Planning forms and associated components, including workflows, dimensional design, and approvals.

Develop reports, packages, and doclets using Narrative Reporting for financial and budget reports.

Configure Financial Close and Consolidation modules and integrate with Oracle ERP General Ledger.

Develop and deploy REST APIs for Planning and Narrative Reporting using Groovy scripting and business rules.

Build Python scripts to utilize EPM Cloud REST APIs and EPM Automate for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Design and support data integrations using Data Management and Data Exchange tools within EPM Cloud.

Integrate EPM Planning with ERP General Ledger, budgetary control, projects, and awards modules.

Analyze and debug Oracle Planning issues, working with Oracle Support as needed.

Provide ongoing SDLC support for the development and maintenance of Oracle Planning artifacts.

Assess impacts of system changes and implement solutions to avoid adverse effects.

3+ full-cycle implementations of Hyperion, EPM Cloud, or Oracle Planning solutions for State, Local, or Federal agencies

12+ years’ experience working with Oracle Budget applications (Hyperion, EPM Cloud, EPBCS) including Planning Narrative Reporting, data integrations, and data management

12+ years’ experience developing planning forms, data-management integrations, business rules, and reports in EPM Cloud and/or EPBCS with Narrative Reporting

8+ years’ experience developing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud/EPBCS financials, workforce, and project modules alongside Oracle ERP Budgetary Control and PPM modules

8+ years’ experience building and maintaining Oracle EPM Cloud Financial Close and Consolidation applications for annual‐report creation integrated with Oracle ERP Budgetary Control and PPM modules

8+ years’ experience implementing Groovy business rules, REST API integrations, and EPM Automate scripts for Oracle EPM planning

8+ years’ technical experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion, EPM Automate, and Python for data extraction, transformation, loading, and scripting

8+ years’ experience with FDMEE and other data-integration tools for loading data to EPM Cloud and integrating with ERP Cloud and PeopleSoft

8+ years’ experience supporting Oracle EPM Cloud/EPBCS financials, workforce, and project modules for Federal or State/Local budgeting entities

Experience implementing 3+ Oracle Hyperion or Planning & Budgeting Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, Line-item, Workforce, Position & employee-based budgets, Projects/Awards/Capital budgeting)

Strong understanding of business-process frameworks with a proven history of successfully implementing solutions

Proven ability to interact with stakeholders, manage expectations, provide updates, and lead requirement-definition sessions

Experience with at least 3 modules from: EPM Cloud/EPBCS, EPM Cloud Planning, Workforce, Financial Close & Consolidation
