Senior Product Manager - Media Operations Tools -1581

Must Have:

• Product management experience supporting internal tools or platforms
  
• Experience with streaming media workflows (VOD and live/linear)
  
• Knowledge of adaptive streaming technologies (HLS, DASH, CMAF)
  
• Familiarity with media formats and specs (AVC, HEVC, AV1, IMF, TTML, WebVTT)
  
• Experience working with APIs, microservices, and event -driven systems
  

• Own product strategy and execution for internal dashboards and operational tools
  
• Improve visibility across ingest, processing, and publishing workflows
  
• Translate operator needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  
• Partner with engineering, UX, and operations teams through build and rollout
  
• Define and track metrics to optimize platform efficiency and resiliency
  

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  
• Experience supporting large -scale, media or content operations platforms
  
• Ability to work across technical and non -technical teams
  
• Experience shaping tools for business -critical operational workflow
