Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in project management roles with exposure to senior stakeholders
  


• Proven success managing complex, large-scale projects in IT, OT, energy, construction, or manufacturing
  


• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Technology, Business, or Design
  


• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, or training frameworks (highly desirable)
  


• Expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and strategic execution
  


• Skilled in design thinking, user research, and human-centered approaches
  


• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
  


• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  


• Ability to lead diverse teams and work across functions with influence and resilience
  


• Lead end-to-end project delivery across the energy portfolio, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes
  


• Define project scope, business cases, budgets, and schedules
  


• Coordinate internal and external teams including designers, engineers, testers, and product specialists
  


• Ensure compliance with stakeholder expectations and project requirements
  


• Act as the primary contact for project initiatives across the organization
  


• Build strong relationships with business partners to align initiatives with strategic goals
  


• Champion cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption of digital technology solutions
  


• Manage project budgets and financial reporting
  


• Monitor cost, schedule impacts, and support capital planning and reporting activities
