Job Summary: 
Alluvionic is seeking a Senior Public Relations Specialist responsible for developing, formatting, and delivering high-quality online, web-based courses for eLearning environments. This role requires advanced expertise in online course development and instructional presentation to ensure course content meets program objectives and organizational standards. The Specialist works independently on high-visibility or mission-critical programs and may oversee the work of less senior staff.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support online, web-based courses for eLearning delivery, including virtual and classroom-supported formats.
• Translate course content developed by the cadre/program, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and FQS into effective, engaging online course materials.
• Ensure all course content meets established instructional, presentation, and formatting guidelines.
• Facilitate the integration of course content into the appropriate Learning Content Management System (LCMS), virtual learning platform, or classroom environment.
• Review and validate course materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with program expectations.
• Ensure presentation standards are consistently met across all delivery formats.
• Work independently to manage assigned tasks while meeting deadlines and quality requirements.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior staff as required and support team efforts on specific course development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Public Relations, Communications, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in public relations and/or online course development.
• Demonstrated experience developing online and web-based courses for eLearning environments.
• Proven ability to work independently on high-visibility or mission-critical programs.
• Experience coordinating with SMEs and program stakeholders to develop and finalize instructional content.
• Strong understanding of instructional presentation standards and online learning platforms.
