Job Description - Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in scaling high-performing Engineering and Product teams. You’ll partner directly with technical leadership to shape talent strategy, manage complex searches, and deliver bar-raising hires in competitive markets. This role is designed for an experienced recruiter who can ramp quickly, operate autonomously, and make an immediate impact. There is potential for extension based on business needs and performance.

Responsibilities




  • Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to identify, attract, and hire top-tier technical talent




  • Own full-cycle recruiting for complex roles across software engineering, data, infrastructure, and product management




  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber passive candidates




  • Drive structured, high-quality interview processes that maintain a strong technical bar




  • Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and pipeline data to influence hiring strategy




  • Manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously with speed and precision




  • Deliver an exceptional, candidate-first experience from outreach through offer close




  • Contribute to recruiting process improvements and scalable hiring practices




Qualifications




  • 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house at a high-growth SaaS or technology company




  • Proven success hiring for engineering and product roles, including senior and specialized positions




  • Strong sourcing capabilities with experience engaging passive talent




  • Ability to influence and advise senior technical stakeholders




  • Data-driven approach to managing pipelines and measuring recruiting performance




  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments




  • High level of ownership, accountability, and sound judgment
