Senior Technical Recruiter (Temp to Perm)

Responsibilities 

• Identify and engage exceptional candidates for hard to fill technical roles.


• Partner with hiring teams to manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and strategies.


• Provide a white-glove experience to all candidates, guiding them smoothly through each stage of the hiring process.


• Track and communicate key recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and progress updates to internal stakeholders.


• Build and sustain a pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities, anticipating the needs of our rapidly growing teams.


• Ensure efficient candidate flow and data integrity within our applicant tracking system.


• Craft compelling job descriptions and structured interview plans, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout the process.


• Collaborate with internal teams to create and extend offer letters that reflect both candidate expectations and company standards.

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.


• Proven ability to build trust and rapport with hiring managers and leaders across different functions.


• Demonstrated commitment to providing a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


• Comfortable working on multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior leaders and executives.


• Familiarity with ATS systems like Greenhouse and proficiency in Google Suite tools (GMail, GCal, GDocs, GSheets, Gemini).


• A polished and professional work presence, especially when interacting with Metropolis executives.
