Client is seeking an experienced Senior Title Processor to join their growing team in the greater Baltimore, MD area. This individual must be licensed in Maryland and capable of independently managing title processing from intake through closing.
The ideal candidate is sharp, energetic, and able to hit the ground running in a fast\-paced, client\-focused environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
⢠Manage full title processing pipeline from contract to closing
⢠Review title commitments and resolve title issues
⢠Draft closing documents and settlement statements
⢠Enter and manage data within production software
⢠Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders
⢠Conduct in\-person closings and obtain signatures
⢠Ensure excellent customer experience throughout transaction lifecycle
Required Qualifications
⢠Active Maryland Title Insurance Producer License (REQUIRED)
⢠3+ years title processing experience
⢠Ability to independently manage workflow and pipeline
⢠Strong document review and settlement statement drafting experience
⢠Experience using Qualia (strongly preferred)
⢠Ability to pass background check
Preferred Qualifications
⢠Experience working in small title companies
⢠Pennsylvania title experience (expanding into Southern PA)
