Job Description - Service Desk Agent Polish/Dutch & English (Hybrid in Prague)

We are looking for a Service Desk Agent fluent in Polish/Dutch and English to join a multinational IT support team in Prague, Czech Republic. This full-time role requires on-site presence 2 days per week, offering long-term collaboration on an ongoing contract. The ideal candidate has a customer-oriented mindset and a basic understanding of general IT support tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1st-level support to end users in Polish and English
Troubleshoot issues related to Office applications, user accounts (Azure AD), and basic IT systems

Requirements:

Fluent in Polish and English (professional level)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic IT knowledge (Azure Active Directory, Office 365)
Availability to work onsite in Prague 2x/week
