Settlement Officer/Jr. Title Processor

Client is seeking a licensed Maryland Title Processor or Settlement Officer with foundational experience in residential title processing. This individual will support pipeline management and closing preparation, with some training provided.

Ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, professional, and eager to grow within a smaller, fast\-paced title company environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Support title processing workflow

• Review title documents and enter data into production systems

• Draft settlement statements and closing packages

• Assist with customer communication and scheduling

• Participate in closings as needed

• Maintain compliance and documentation accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Active Maryland Title Insurance Producer License (REQUIRED)

• 1–3 years title processing experience

• Experience drafting or assisting with settlement statements

• Experience with Qualia (preferred; near must\-have per client notes)

• Ability to pass background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Small company title experience

• PA experience a plus
