Responsibilities:

• Help establish safe, healthy, and welcoming learning environments for all students, addressing their social and emotional needs.


• Advocate for diverse student populations, ensuring full access to educational opportunities and addressing historic inequities.


• Work with students, parents, and communities, implementing supports and interventions to enhance student success.


• Coordinate referrals to community-based resources for aftercare and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Social Work Endorsement, or School Counselor Endorsement.


• Bachelor's degree required.
