Language Trainers is a successful language training company working with freelance teachers of 70 different languages in hundreds of towns and cities across the world. Students are either in-company or self-funded who need to learn a language at their office or their home for work, family or travel reasons. We may have a teaching opportunity for you! One of our clients, is looking for one-to-one General Spanish lessons at his home/office in Bakersfield, CA. 

Some details about the course:

• Course: General Spanish Language Training, 32 hours (16 × 2-hour lessons)
• Current level: Beginner
• Location: Bakersfield, CA 93313
• Start date: ASAP
• Schedule: 2-hour lessons, twice per week — Monday and Thursday, early evenings at 5 PM
• Focus: All aspects of the language — reading, conversation, and general communication; potential future focus on business Spanish
• Motivation: Communicate while traveling; may require business Spanish in the future
• Student’s age group: 56–64
• Special notes: Flexible rescheduling required (24 hours’ notice), as the student is self-employed

The ideal teacher should:

• Be a native Spanish speaker or hold a teaching degree.

• Have experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.

• Hold a valid working visa.

• Live within 20 miles of the client’s location.

Please note that the location and schedule may be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. This is a freelance, part-time position, and we are not able to sponsor visas.
