About Us:

Position Details: Special Education Teacher

• Title: Special Education Teacher


• Location: Blaine, MN (Multiple other locations available with the SD)


• Duration: Start Date: Spetember 2025 End Date: May last week / June first week 2026.


• Onsite/Virtual: Onsite


• Position Type: Contract


• Working Hours: 30 to 37.5 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday


• Student Age Group: Elementary through high school (Multiple openings available)


• Case Load: 8-10 students approximately (Changes with location)

Responsibilities: Special Education Teacher

• Teach in center-based classrooms from elementary through high school.


• Set up the environment and curriculum to support a diverse range of student needs.


• Differentiate lessons and respond appropriately to student behaviors.


• Establish behavior expectations and plans.


• Communicate effectively with parents, related services staff, and paraprofessionals.


• Direct the work of paraprofessionals effectively.


• Produce compliant special education paperwork using the SpEd Forms platform.

Qualifications: Special Education Teacher

• Possess a Special Education license in the State of Minnesota.


• Tier 3 or Tier 4 License in ASD or DCD preferred.
