Job Description - Speech Language Pathologist

Adelphi is seeking highly qualified and experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide specialized speech -language pathology services to students in a public school setting in Lancaster County, South Carolina. The Speech Language Pathologists will be responsible for providing a wide range of speech language pathology services tailored to the unique needs of these students including but not limited to assessment, intervention and consultation with parents, teachers and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC -SLP)
• Active South Carolina Speech -Language Pathology license through the SC LLR (or in process)
• South Carolina Educator Certificate (or in process)
• Previous school -based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide direct therapy services
• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans aligned with student needs
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP), 504, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and school staff to support student outcomes
• Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain confidentiality of student and educational records in compliance with FERPA
• Comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and applicable district policies
• Ensure continuity and quality of care for assigned students
