Summary
We’re seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in speech-language pathology, state licensure, and excels in individualized care planning. You'll work with a diverse population, maintain detailed records, collaborate with care teams, and educate patients and families throughout the therapy process.

What You’ll Do
 

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.


• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and therapy goals.


• Perform routine screenings and assessments to detect impairments and establish baseline functionality.


• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation including progress notes, care plans, and outcome measures.


• Collaborate with patients’ families, educators, and healthcare providers to support continuity of care.


• Educate patients and caregivers on speech-related conditions, therapeutic techniques, and at-home strategies.


• Prepare and contribute to IEPs and related documentation when working with school-age populations.


• Track patient progress, adjust care plans accordingly, and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.


• Active and valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain.


• Experience in educational, clinical, or rehabilitative settings preferred.


• Strong clinical knowledge of speech and language disorders, their etiology, and evidence-based interventions.


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.


• Familiarity with healthcare documentation systems and patient data entry.


• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable developing IEPs.
