Position Overview
The Senior Product Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery
of a next-generation Order Management platform for the home healthcare
industry. This role bridges business needs with technical execution,
ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational
goals. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate closely with
engineering, design, operations, and leadership to define product vision,
prioritize initiatives, and guide delivery in a microservices-based
architecture. This role requires the ability to read and interpret Entity Relationship
Diagrams (ERDs) to effectively translate business workflows into technical
requirements, ensuring seamless integration across the platform and
supporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
-Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the new Order Management platform.
-Collaborate with leadership to ensure product direction aligns with organizational priorities and market needs.
-Maintain a deep understanding of home healthcare workflows, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
Execution & Delivery
-Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post- release optimization.
-Translate complex business processes into clear, actionable requirements for a microservices-based architecture.
-Read and interpret ERDs to ensure accurate data modeling and integration.
-Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality releases on time and within budget.
-Manage and prioritize the product backlog to balance immediate business needs with long-term scalability.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
-Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
-Gather feedback from clients, internal teams, and operations to guide product enhancements.
-Clearly communicate roadmap updates, release plans, and platform performance metrics.
