Sr. Production Assemblers or Jr. Technician

Description

Candidates will need to have intermediate to advanced mechanical skills, must be able to read and understand detailed work instructions, drawings, schematics, and they will need to be able to pay specific attention to detail. Aerospace component manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required.

 Key Responsibilities

• Verify kits for correct part numbers and quantities.
• Collects process data on check sheets or other quality data sheets
• Conducts daily maintenance of tools, fixtures, and workstations
• Follow MOS’s (Manufacturing Operation Sheets) 
• Perform assembly duties of units per assembly drawings and work instructions
• Knowledge of manufacturing assembly and equipment
• Must be able to read and understand work processes and drawings
• Aerospace Manufacturing experience (a plus)
• Blueprints, schematic
• Hand and power tools
• Assembly/Sub-Assembly
• Soldering (a plus)
• Install electronic components, jumper wires, and hardware using drawings and instructions or assembly

Requirements

We need the person to be mechanical - able to assemble from blue prints; if the applicant is mechanically skilled to “work” on computers, they may have the technical mechanical skills to perform the assignment.
