Sr. Project Manager

For Project Management services in the Engineering area.

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering and at least eight (8) years of experience in Project Management activities within the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry. 
• Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
• Shift: Administrative & according to business needs
• Experience in:
  • Project lifecycle
  • Project validation support 
  • Creating SKUs and supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.
  • Manufacturing and equipment installation support
  • Reporting and meeting leadership

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Lead full project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, monitoring, completion, and post‑implementation follow‑up.
• Manage timelines, prioritize critical tasks, and maintain the master project plan and schedule.
• Identify project risks, delays, and resource gaps, proposing solutions to meet quality, productivity, and client expectations.
• Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
• Support validation activities, documentation control, and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, lead meetings, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) activities, including SKU creation and manufacturing process readiness.
• Assist with installation and integration of new equipment and provide support to manufacturing operations.
• Prepare and deliver project reports, updates, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project performance and team efficiency.
