Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst- 1973

Must Have:

• Functional Business Analysis (6–7 years minimum)
  
• Salesforce expertise
  
• Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) (preferred)
  
• Proven use of AI tools for productivity

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to capture and document business requirements
  
• Drive end-to-end business analysis efforts for Salesforce projects with a strong focus on user experience, scalability, and functionality
  
• Translate business needs into clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework
  
• Partner closely with Salesforce developers and admins to design and deliver solutions that align with strategic goals
  
• Conduct gap analysis, identify process improvement opportunities, and validate solutions through UAT
  
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline business processes and enhance team productivity
  
• Provide training, documentation, and support to business users on Salesforce features and updates

Qualifications:

• 6–7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery
  
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, workflows, and reporting
  
• Knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL) and its practical application in business environments
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, or documentation workflows
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  
• Preferred: Based in Los Angeles or West Coast; ability to work PST hours required
