Startup Engineer

• Katalyst Healthcares & Life Sciences is hiring entry level candidates for several positions for contract research in Clinical trials of drugs, biologics and medical devices.
• We have a few immediate job opportunities available in Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Research field. We work with University hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and recruiting partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction science, life sciences, chemical engineering, biochemical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of pharma/biotech manufacturing experience in providing engineering, commissioning, or validation support.
• In depth understanding of application of cGMP principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
• Equipment, facilities, and utilities commissioning and/or qualification experience needed.
• Process safety management understanding needed.
• Client facing relationship building, written and verbal communication, and math problem solving skills.
• Provide process design & detailed engineering including performing process simulations, design calculations, process optimization, sizing & selection of equipment for projects.
