Full-Time, Seasonal Position (Summer and Fall 2026)
Non-Exempt, Hourly Status
Reports To: Marina Manager
The Store Crew member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the marina retail store. This includes handling phone calls, transactions, watercraft rental contracts, and keeping the retail store stocked and in an orderly manner. In addition, Store Crew will be responsible for maintaining the guest service experience as per company standards.

Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Computer Skills - Must have basic computer skills, with the ability to learn new software in a timely manner; Point of Sale software experience a plus.
Education – Position requires a minimum of two (2) years High School, or GED. Must complete Boating Safety Certification, if born after 1/1/1984, upon 14 days hire.
Experience – This position requires previous work experience in dealing with the public (i.e. customer service) on a daily basis, and treating customers with respect. Previous retail experience preferred.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employee must be able work in outdoor weather conditions.
