Job Description - Strategic Project Manager

The Role


We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Strategic Project Manager to serve as a key partner to our executive leadership team. In this role, you will act as a force multiplier, moving between high-level strategy and granular execution to ensure our 250-person organization remains aligned and efficient. You will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional projects, managing our "rhythm of business," and ensuring that data-driven insights lead to action.


Core Responsibilities



  • Strategic Project Management: Lead high-priority, cross-departmental initiatives that don’t have a natural home, ensuring they stay on track and hit milestones in direct partnership with the Founders.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain the "rhythm of business" by managing executive meeting agendas, tracking OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and identifying operational bottlenecks.

  • Data & Insights: Executive Communication: Draft internal communications, board decks, and presentations on behalf of leadership to ensure consistent messaging across the company.

  • Data, Insights & Reporting Discipline



  • Ensure leadership discussions are grounded in accurate, timely, and decision-relevant data

  • Enforce consistent definitions, metrics, and reporting standards across teams

  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, and functional leaders to surface trends, patterns, and risks

  • Establish and enforce common operating language and shared definitions for:


    • goals and outcomes

    • metrics and scorecards

    • ownership and accountability

    • decision status

    • execution and launch readiness




  • Special Projects: Spearhead ad-hoc research or pilot programs, such as evaluating new PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies or optimizing onboarding SLAs.


What You Bring (Qualifications)



  • Experience: 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data visualization and reporting; you value "truth in data" over "gut feelings".

  • Versatility: A "no task is too small" attitude combined with the ability to think critically about $100M+ ARR scaling challenges.

  • Cultural Alignment: A deep commitment to "Teamwork & Growth" and a proven ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.

Compensation:

The base salary range is: $110,000-$120,000
