Structural Steel Project Manager
Location: Cocoa, FL
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
About the Opportunity:
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to make a tangible impact on the construction landscape? We’re seeking a Structural Steel Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of structural steel projects from start to finish.
In this onsite role, you'll lead project teams, solve complex problems, and manage high-impact construction work that shapes the skyline and strengthens communities. If you're driven by quality, innovation, and collaboration, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee structural steel projects from initial planning through final completion
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
- Conduct site visits and ensure safety and compliance standards are met
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Use project management software to track milestones and deliverables
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear and timely communication
- Provide leadership and support to project teams in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in structural steel project management
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Tekla, Fabtrol, Microsoft Project, and Primavera
- Strong knowledge of reviewing construction drawings and specifications
- Expertise in managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
