This short-term role is perfect for someone who is hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn more about property operations, maintenance, and hospitality.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll work closely with our Maintenance and Office Teams to ensure the community is clean, safe, and welcoming. Your day-to-day tasks may include:

•    Keeping common areas spotless (clubhouse, gym, kitchen, model units, etc.)
•    Assisting with apartment turnovers (cleaning and preparing units for new residents)
•    Picking up and properly disposing of trash around the property
•    Helping with resident events and creating a great community experience
•    Supporting light maintenance tasks and reporting issues (e.g., lightbulb out, lobby scent refill needed)
•    Making sure our spaces look and feel amazing (TVs on, music playing, scents on point)
•    Entering occupied units (with notice) to perform cleaning services professionally and respectfully

💪 What We’re Looking For:
•    A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
•    Comfortable performing light physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)
•    Good communication skills and attention to detail
•    Can work independently and follow directions
•    Reliable transportation and phone access
•    Available to work weekends or evenings if needed

🎯 Bonus Points If You Have:
•    Experience in cleaning, hospitality, janitorial, or property maintenance (but not required!)
•    A desire to grow in property management or real estate operations
