Job Title: Photo Ambassador

As a Photo Ambassador at Rockefeller Center, you’ll be the friendly face guests remember. Stationed in high-traffic areas, you’ll engage with visitors from around the world, capturing their excitement and encouraging them to explore one of NYC’s most iconic attractions — Top of the Rock. With a welcoming attitude and a mobile phone camera in hand, you’ll help create memorable moments while promoting the best views in the city.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage guests around Rockefeller Center in a friendly and energetic manner.


• Use phone camera equipment to take high-quality, well-composed photos of visitors (training provided).


• Encourage guests to visit and learn more about the Top of the Rock Observation Deck.


• Provide basic information and directions about Rockefeller Center and Top of the Rock.


• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and hospitality at all times.


• Work both independently and as part of a team in outdoor environments and busy public spaces.
