Job Description - System Architect

Job Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid/Onsite)

Note: Candidates must be local to Michigan or willing to work onsite.

Job Description:

The State of Michigan (via Integrated Resources) is seeking a System Architect with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps. The selected candidate will lead and support project efforts including planning, design, development, implementation, and ongoing support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

Specialty Areas:

• Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Architecture – Deep experience with system planning, design, and implementation.

• Azure DevOps & Release Management – Leading CI/CD processes and managing technical deployments.

• Technical Infrastructure & Application Support – Broad experience supporting cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure.

• Solution Design & Documentation – Designing enterprise-level architecture with integration and authentication strategies.

• Risk Identification & Resolution – Managing technical risks, troubleshooting under pressure, and ensuring system reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support technical design, architecture, and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Integrate Power Platform components, with a focus on Power Automate and Power Pages.

• Design and implement database and infrastructure architecture.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Document solutions, prepare reports, and provide presentations.

• Support and troubleshoot technical issues in a high-pressure environment.

• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to resolve complex technical problems and deliver under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with MS Azure architecture and integration.

• Demonstrated leadership in delivering enterprise-level Dynamics 365 projects.
