Talent Acquisition Specialist - TEMP

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 3-month contract to support our recruiting team during a period of increased hiring activity. You’ll work directly with our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists, assisting with all stages of the hiring process. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  Partner with Senior TA Specialists to manage job postings, sourcing, and candidate communications.

  
  


• 
  

  Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach or phone screens to assess qualifications and interest.

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain and update candidate records within Greenhouse ATS with a high degree of accuracy.

  
  


• 
  

  Support recruiting projects, talent pipelines, and reporting needs as directed.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

  
  


• 
  

  Help uphold an exceptional candidate experience at all touchpoints.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Must have experience using Greenhouse ATS.

  
  


• 
  

  1+ years of recruiting, HR coordination, or administrative experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Tech-savvy and comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.

  
  


• 
  

  A collaborative team player with a willingness to take initiative and follow through.
