What You’ll Be Doing

As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll assist users of popular consumer electronics and smart home products. Your mission: make tech simple again!

• Support customers via phone and email in French and English
• Help troubleshoot device and connectivity issues
• Guide customers through setup and usage
• Provide useful product tips and solutions
• Collaborate with a supportive, multilingual team

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in French (B2-C1) and English (B2-C1)
• Interest in gadgets, tech, or smart devices
• Basic understanding of Wi-Fi, routers, or connectivity
• A positive, problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia
• Availability for flexible shifts – we’ll find what works best for you!
