Role: IT Technical Project Manager

Role Summary

The IT Technical Project Manager will lead end -to -end delivery of
ERP projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration within agreed
scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong
stakeholder management, risk control, and adherence to PMI -based delivery
practices.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage full project lifecycle for ERP implementations and
integrations

·        Deliver projects on time, within budget, and per agreed scope

·        Lead planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource management

·        Manage stakeholders and maintain regular customer communication

·        Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues

·        Track and report project KPIs, milestones, and overall project
health

·        Ensure quality, testing coordination, and governance compliance

·        Guide and mentor project teams and promote best practices

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

·        IT Technical Project Management experience

·        SAP or Baan ERP experience

·        Strong experience with PMI -based project deliverables

·        Proven ERP implementation and system integration experience

·        Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
