Telephone Interviewer - Remote

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

I am currently recruiting for a Telephone Interviewer to join a well-established research company on a full-time, temporary basis. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication and are comfortable working from home. The position includes comprehensive online training and the potential for contract extension based on project needs.

• Conduct telephone surveys adhering to established scripts and procedures.
• Accurately record complete information during interviews to ensure high data accuracy and completion.
• Maintain company standards and protocols with no selling required.
• Comply with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct and handle respondent data in accordance with GDPR and company data protection policies.

• Experience in telephone surveying or a call centre environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, especially a good telephone manner.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn new programs.
• Must have access to a PC or laptop, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet working environment.

• This is a remote/home-based position requiring long periods of sitting at a desk
