THE ROLE:





The Care Hours Coordinator ensures compliance with wage and hour regulations by investigating timekeeping concerns related to provider-submitted timesheets. Serving as a liaison between providers, families, and the Disability Services Support Billing team, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting communication and disciplinary follow-up when needed.





Primary Responsibilities:


 




  • Track timesheet issues and notify providers in a timely manner regarding necessary corrections or actions




  • Respond to provider and consumer questions and concerns about timekeeping records




  • Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce throughout the resolution process




  • Collaborate with branch staff to escalate and address persistent or serious timekeeping concerns, including disciplinary communications




  • Complete other compliance and support tasks as assigned




 


This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 1x per month. 


This is a temporary, 90 day position.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills




  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills




  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities




  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)




  • Salesforce experience preferred




  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion




 


 


Qualifications:




  • 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience




  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment




  • Willingness to work occasional overtime and handle sensitive situations with professionalism

Should withdrawal of a conditional offer of employment be determined, 24 Hour Home Care will provide a copy of the Second Individualized Assessment.

$23$23.63 USD
