Temporary Bilingual Finance Professional (Spanish/English)

Job Overview

Rivas & Associates is seeking a motivated Temporary Bilingual Finance Professional to join our team for a short-term contract role. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to apply their skills in a fast-paced legal environment.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our finance team, assisting with a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. The responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Vendor Management: Prepare and process invoices, manage the Accounts Payable email inbox, and set up new vendors in QuickBooks Online.
• Transaction and Expense Management: Categorize credit card transactions, organize receipts, and process employee expense reports.
• Payment Processing & Communication: Process client payments, apply payments to accounts, handle automatic payment forms, and communicate with clients regarding payment inquiries.
• General Financial Support: Assist the finance team with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• A self-starter with strong initiative.
• QuickBooks Online experience preferred.
• Prior billing or payment processing experience preferred.
