Job Description

The Event Team Technician plays a vital role in supporting stadium operations by ensuring all event spaces are properly set, maintained, and cleaned to meet department standards. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to respond quickly to event-related needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and tear down tables, chairs, and other event-related equipment according to event layouts and specifications.
  • Perform custodial duties, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas before, during, and after events.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to real-time event needs and special requests.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure all daily tasks and event-specific goals are met efficiently.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and proper use of equipment and cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in custodial services, event setup, or facility operations preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry furniture and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, event layouts, and safety guidelines accurately.
  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and game days.
  • Capable of working independently and staying productive with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical safety is a plus.

Additional Information

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

Position Closing Date: 8/18/2025
