Job Summary: Responsible for successful management of the site information technology systems. Conducts computer and system updates. Conducts software updates. Responsible for minor hardware repairs. Install and set up new equipment. Process systems rights authorizations. Provide IT technical support to site staff.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Minimum: Associates degree in computer technology and two years’ experience in the field.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in work-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One year’s work-related experience and demonstrated knowledge/skills/abilities working with computers and software.
Knowledge: Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software applications. Ability to obtain a state and/or commercial driver’s license if required. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Good organizational skills. Knowledge of basic training techniques. Ability to effectively relate to student population. Good presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multiple projects. Must obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification.
