Temporary Marketing Producer, Secret Lair

What You’ll Do:

As a Marketing Producer at Secret Lair, you will play a key role in bringing our innovative releases to fruition. Collaborate with various teams to manage production timelines and ensure the successful delivery of each launch.

• Supervise the production workflow for Secret Lair marketing campaigns, from commencement to deployment, ensuring punctual delivery of all creative materials.


• Monitor and update campaign schedules, run-of-show documents, and asset trackers to keep all collaborators informed and aligned.


• Coordinate the review and approval process for campaign assets, including routing for feedback, implementing revisions, and ensuring brand and legal compliance.


• Coordinate asset submissions to licensors, artists, and collaborators for approval, ensuring adherence to partner expectations and Wizards’ brand standards.


• Support multi-channel campaign rollouts across web, email, paid media, social, and community channels.


• Identify risks or production bottlenecks early and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on schedule.


• Maintain organized documentation and reporting for campaign achievements, assets, and deliverables.


• Champion operational excellence by helping refine and optimize Secret Lair’s campaign production processes.

What You’ll Bring:

We're in search of a cooperative and well-structured producer with a dedication to inventive marketing and careful execution. You flourish in a rapid, constantly evolving setting and grasp how to blend creative ambition with operational field.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing production, campaign management, or creative operations (agency or entertainment brand experience a plus).


• Proven ability to manage multiple overlapping projects with shifting priorities and short timelines.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.


• Proficiency with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Monday.com, or equivalent).


• Experience with creative production processes across digital, social, and video channels.


• A sharp eye for detail, quality, and brand consistency.


• An avid interest in creativity, fandom, and the pop-culture connections that distinguish Secret Lair.

Additional Details:

Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Eastridge as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards.

The hourly rate for this position is $40.00 to $50.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
