Position Overview

ETRO’S Temporary Public Relations Associate will support the Head of Communications on Departmental Administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep and maintain PR closet and showroom
• Track all press samples on loan for PR opportunities, partnerships, and company announcements
• Assist with celebrity dressing pulls, special projects and initiatives
• Assist with production needs for office meetings and events
• Press clipping and scanning brand press
• Assist with inventorying all samples seasonally and track new inventory as samples arrive from seasonal buys

Specific Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills 
• Proactive, self-starter who can take initiative and work independently to deliver results
