Temporary Short Term Traffic Monitor

Employment Dates: October 1, 2025 – November 24, 2025

Position Overview:
The Riviera Country Club is seeking a short-term Traffic Monitor to assist with member and guest safety during the busy tennis season. This role is responsible for overseeing and guiding traffic flow between the Upper Tennis Courts and Lower Tennis Courts, ensuring a smooth and safe environment for players, guests, and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and direct traffic flow between upper and lower tennis areas.
   
• Provide clear guidance to drivers, and pedestrians to prevent congestion or incidents.
   
• Maintain visibility and be approachable to members, guests, and staff.
   
• Report any unsafe conditions, hazards, or incidents immediately to management.
   
• Follow all club policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and observation skills.
   
• Dependable, punctual, and attentive.
   
• Ability to remain professional, courteous, and calm when interacting with members and guests.
   
• Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods of time.
   

Schedule & Compensation:

• Temporary position, October 1 – November 24, 2025.
   
• Schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on Club activity.
• Pay: $22.50/ hour
