Territory Manager – Business Development & Sales

Location: Breckenridge, Keystone, and Dillon, CO

Employment Type: Independent Contractor / Commission-Based

Floor Covering International of SW Denver is a trusted, family-owned flooring business serving the SW Denver and Summit County area. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Territory Manager to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Territory Manager will be responsible for business development, sales growth, and territory management in the Breckenridge, Keystone, and Dillon areas. This individual will generate new business, manage incoming leads, and build strong, lasting relationships with residential and commercial clients. Success in this role will be driven by a commitment to customer satisfaction, proactive outreach, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationship with Hotels, Property Managers, Realtors, Builders, etc. to become their preferred Flooring vendor.

Prospect for and develop new customer relationships through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.

Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate flooring solutions.

Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes.

Close sales and manage the customer journey from consultation through installation.

Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.

Represent the company professionally in all interactions, maintaining brand reputation and integrity.

Qualifications:

Proactive, focused, disciplined, go getter attitude.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or territory management (experience in flooring, remodeling, construction, or real estate highly preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently.

High level of professionalism and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
