Ideal Candidate Profile: A senior Quality Engineering Lead with strong hands-on experience in Selenium and JMeter, specifically within the airline and logistics domains. This person must be a leader capable of driving a team and representing Accenture directly to the client.

Summary of Job Description:

As a Quality Engineering Lead (Automation Test Lead), you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers. You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes and methodologies. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. This role requires engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions, as well as providing solutions to problems. Must have good hands-on Selenium Automation testing scripting along with performance testing scripting (JMeter tool) and Functional & Integration testing experience. Must have Airline domain experience along with logistics domain. Must have leadership skill to drive the team and represent ACN in front of the customer. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, develop and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, mentor junior quality engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize data-driven approaches to assess testing effectiveness.
